Frequently asked questions
Are customer messages free?
Yes. You pay when the business sends a template or a reply, not when they write to you.
Do replies stay free inside the 24-hour window?
The first 1,000 replies a month are free. After that they are ₹0.115 each, including replies inside an open conversation. Utility templates are charged too.
Does a bigger WaBot plan reduce Meta’s rates?
No. Meta’s rates are the same on every plan. WaBot does not mark them up.
